		<description>Since Canadian development is about 5 years behind those in US, I can only hope that these changers will be forthcoming soon. Currently we are at the mercy of ma Bell and Rogers which both suck. Bell&#039;s service is pure crap and the prices are just too high for amount of bandwidth they offer. I&#039;ve got my fingers crossed that this will change soon.</description>

		<description>About three years ago my local utilities company had to lobby to use tax money to get into the internet and cable game. It was a fight but turned out to be a good venture. They offer great packages at cheap prices. For a long while we had the fastest public internet service in the U.S. Three years ago we already had 10M up and down but the other ISP&#039;s like charter threw fits about it. No matter. Competition is good but I think people should be able to get dial up speeds for free only for EMail. I think Email is becoming just as important as having a residential mail box.</description>
