This was a clear cut case of ad-ware spy ware porn pop-ups that were so common on windows 98 machines. Anyone who used a computer 4 years ago would know what was happening and its amazing that the "professional witness" was even considered credible. The only way to stop the pop-ups would of been to shut off the computer or terminate internet explorer in the task manager. The sad thing is that this mother has lost her child has lost her job has had her reputation in the community ruined and has been arrested for being ignorant of intermediate computer usage.
