		<description>Its really sad when a corporation has that much power. If people cant see that this is corporate America taking over the justice system then I am sorry you are blind. Not only did they help in the investigation for intelligence which is a huge conflict of interest and puts a major bias on the case. After the raid they did the assessment of confiscated material. The worst part is if the songs they used were all remixed it may be a gray area on whether or not it was copyright infringement. So from the looks of it the RIAA have now paid off the police politicians and senators the only step left are the judges (although who knows maybe they have done that already). </description>
