KaZaA2Grokster

You can download a migration manager to take your half-downloaded files from KaZaA and continue to download them in Grokster. Here’s the link. To migrate your files and settings from Kazaa to Grokster, first exit out of both Kazaa and Grokster by right clicking on their icons in the System Tray and selecting “Exit” if either or both are running.Then download and run the program.
