Streamcast Networks came under fire last month for including software in Morpheus Preview Addition that redirected users from shopping sites such as Amazon to its own shopping service. This has been removed and StreamCast Networks say in future versions Morpheus users’ Web browsing will not be affected unless they sign up for the shopping program . Glad to see that this popular file sharing program is removing unwanted bundled software. Read the full story here.
Morpheus CEO Steve Griffin has also used the Brilliant Digital fiasco to launch another attack on Sharman Networks/Kazaa saying We are not one of those companies that launches a secret, shadow network.
