Includes a small case and belt clip to make sure you skeptics know how handy a device it is. Place in your laptop bag, purse or backpack and have stress relief answers with you anywhere you go.

You can purchase the emWavePC in blue or silver, so at least there’s some personalization available. Made of plastic with a multisensor button located up top and a group of LEDs just above that. The middle row of LEDs represents the heart action strip and the right side LED is for coherence level indicator. The left side of the product has an AC adaptor port and ear sensor.

Here’s what you get:

*Ear Sensor
*Carrying Case
*Battery Re-charger (AC Adapter)

*Quick Start Guide
*Jump Start Card

Ok, now to the meat of what emWave can do for you. It monitors the intervals between heart beats and gives you heart rate variability readings (HRV). Your heart pattern can make the difference between healthy and unhealthy in big ways. When you have an irregular heartbeat, it can affect health, brain function, performance and your overall sense of well-being.

But, how can this small-as-a-credit-card device help you with your heart patterns? You can utilize the ear sensor or thumb sensor to start monitoring. The on-board lights will let you know what readings you have and you can use that to find out where you are, currently. Then, you follow the directions and as the LEDs move to the left, you breathe out…when they move to the right, you breathe in. This will help you practice your breathing to even out your stress level and bring you to a relaxed state.

Included with the emWave is a CD with training on it to help you learn exactly what to do to improve your levels. It includes music and visuals and is made to be easy to understand and utilize. At $179.00 this device could give you far reaching health improvements to pay for itself. Read more about the emWave and visit the comments section to find some positive feedback about the product.
