Ok, now to the meat of what emWave can do for you. It monitors the intervals between heart beats and gives you heart rate variability readings (HRV). Your heart pattern can make the difference between healthy and unhealthy in big ways. But, how can this small-as-a-credit-card device help you with your heart patterns? You can utilize the ear sensor or thumb sensor to start monitoring.
