Hollings Bill will not become law this year

An article at Wired.com, entitled “Hollings Howls Will Have to Wait,” is reporting that Sen. Fritz Hollings’ Consumer Broadband and Digital Television Promotion Act (CBDTPA) will not become law this year. Sen. Patrick Leahy, chairman of the Senate Judiciary committee, may prove to be a friend of Zeropaid readers.
