Cnet News.com reports that “Napster is expected to name a new chief executive as early as Tuesday, according to sources close to the company, bringing current CEO Hank Barry’s tumultuous term to a close.” Oh come on isn’t that a bit harsh? I mean all he did was completely cave to the RIAA and sell out Napster’s name for all it was worth. Oh wait, maybe we should just chalk it up as an all-out failure.
