As far as logs….I think they are completely USELESS….the industry has already hired people who went over them and if they would have found something they could sue people with they already would have done it.

Actually from what I have read the logs themselves do not really contain any incriminating evidence. Mabye this is why they only decided to go after a handful of people. Anyway they are pretty much through with that case I think. Though I could be wrong I don’t think any new lawsuits against indivudials that used the site will appear. The person in charge of the FBI raid said himself that they were mainly targeting the owners and operators of the site andanother purpose was to shut the site down

But does this mean that during this targeting smaller entities will be pointed out next? I know right now it’s primarily the “big” guys but does anyone worry about smaller guys being busted so that they can “prove a point”?
