Is Bearshare abusing Gnutella?

There is an interesting article on Gnutellaforums. It describes how Bearshare is turning the face of Gnutella for ever, with clustering, blocking and disadvantaging other clients. It’s not only about well known Spyware on Gnutella, but about some users who want a free Gnutella where every client is equal.
