Universal Music UK is launching an online broadcast channel Wednesday. The company’s “Musicvidz” will debut with streaming videos; in December, utilizing New York-based WWEBNET’s operating system, it will allow delivery of audio and up to DVD-quality video to consumers’ desktops, without visits to the Web site. Exclusive product will include artist features, reviews, backstage interviews, concert footage and vault materials.
