But I understand what is being conveyed and have thought of this idea myself. Problem is no matter how much effort goes into proving a program isn't breaking the law that's not the way the industry whores will see it. A better approach would be an open-source underground P2P app which implements automated proxy exchanges (to help stay anonymous).
