Why would they be out of business? This is not just useful for p2pers but it could attract underground criminals such as Spamers Hackers etc.! Good vs. Evil? I do see however this would force governments to re-examine copyright & privacy laws!

It wont put them out of business theyre basically offering a fancy proxy service except with a dedicated "fake" IP address.

"...offers a neutral IP on top of your existing ISP service through a strongly encrypted VPN connection. Basically this gives users the advantage of a Swedish IP address from anywhere in the world."

So they'll always have business.

"would it be any diff from eff's tor?" Tor is too slow to be used to anything but occasional web browsing or email. In fact Tor does not accept using it for P2P. Relakks claims to be able to offer your full bandwidth though I doubt it. Tor is truly anynomous in the sense that you don't need to trust anyone with Relakks you need to trust Relakks not to give you up. Between the lines they are saying though that you can register with a fake name hotmail email and that is all the information they could give the authorities which they will only be forced to do if the user is suspected of a crime with a minimum penalty of two years in prison (obviously not filesharing).
