SAN DIEGO – July 31, 2006 – Veoh Networks Inc. announced today that four full length high picture quality feature films are now available for free download on the company’s website. The company also said that two additional films will be made available over the next seven days.

Through a partnership with Turner Network Television (TNT) to promote TNT’s NIGHTMARES & DREAMSCAPES: FROM THE STORIES OF STEPHEN KING, Veoh Networks is able to distribute this content from TNT’s library of films legally.

Unlike many current file sharing sites and Peer-to-Peer Networks that illegally offer copyrighted material, Veoh’s entire library of video content including humorous short videos, independent films, video blogs and archived classic movies can be downloaded legally using Veoh’s free client software. Both the TNT films and Veoh’s video library can be found on the company’s website at veoh.com.

The films offered through the TNT partnership include Deadlocked, Frankenstein, The Hunchback, Purgatory, A Slight Case of Murder and Second Nature.

Veoh recently announced a major round of investment from Michael Eisner’s Tornante Group, Time Warner Inc., Spark Capital and Shelter Ventures.

Veoh Networks is headquartered in San Diego, California.
