DreamWorks has joined with producer Mark Burnett and AOL to create an online animated game featuring characters, settings and storylines from its latest film, “Flushed Away,” due to be released in November.

Burnett and AOL previously collaborated on “Gold Rush,” an interactive game to be released in September.

The partnership marks the first time DreamWorks Animation has entered the online environment with original content. It is intended to build an audience for the comedy, set on and underneath the streets of London.
