File-sharing site Kazaa will become a legal music download service following a series of high profile legal battles.
The peer-to-peer network has also agreed to pay $100m (£53m) in damages to the record industry.
The announcement follows the release of a music industry report that says more than 20 billion music tracks have been downloaded illegally in the last year.

I wonder how this is going to affect Kazaa Lite usage.
Despite what you think…I myself and a lot of other users use Kazaa Lite or some spy-ware stripped form of Kazaa.

*Giggles like a school girl* this is a double edged sword… It’s about time that garbage has been shutdown i dled every porn twice on that stupid program but this is a blow back for file sharing none the less. Kazaa use to be good before the spyware before the garbage.
