“iCarumba”: Nike+ iPod Sneakers Hit Stores Today

If America wasn’t already the "coolest" country around, we now have the "iNike" hitting stores today.

The Nike + iPod Sport Kit retails for about 29 bucks USD, with the shoes costing an additional hundred bucks, and well, the iPod Nano being between $149USD and $249USD.

To use the whole setup, you first "Insert the wireless sensor inside the custom, built-in pocket beneath the insole of your Nike+shoe, then plug the receiver into the Dock connector on your iPod nano."

To boot, Nike has even come up with a collection of "iApparel" to accentuate your new "Nike+," as they’re officially called, shoes.

Dam, the whole setup looks cool don’t it? Now if only I jogged I’d be set.
