Eventually the banker will get fed up with the nonsense and call in our loans. The US government is betting a lot on economic clout it no longer enjoys. Governments all over the world are making incremental moves at untangling their economies from the US dollar. This is being spearheaded by China with at least two separate trade agreements that bypass use of the US dollar as a trading currency... So this is like any one of us pissing off our banker!
