There is nothing that I have heard of in vista that is groundbreaking...other than the fact that Microsoft wants to completely control how when and where you use your computer! They DID have a lot of good things they were going to add in vista....like a brand new file system for example but they were all completely scrapped because the people that were marketing vista felt that it would take too long to develop. Now it is just a glorified xp with 12 kinds of DRM....I think I will stick with xp pro and SP@ until someone convinces me that vista is worth having.
