How come I'M responsible if someone comes over my house and uses my computer to download files illegally and THIS guy CHARGES people to use his computers and he's NOT responsible? Is it because he's in Mexico? Or maybe it's the fact that he's a buisness just "selling" computer time? I think I'll start charging my kids' friends--and even my kids themselves--when they use my computer. Will that put me off the hook? So I don’t get it.
