However greed in video distribution created a market in the 80's that made additional millions. In the 90's created a large piracy market because of DVD rips and the fact that VHS ti<x>tles were expensive versus quality. The problem could be solved with new technology but the mpaa needs to stop slurping up the gravey from DVD sales and rental and return to theater only theatrical distribution of new ti<x>tles.
