this wholesale control of msuic that the recording industry are seeking is absolutely ridiculous. This is like suing people for using TiVO or any sort of PVR time for the recording industry to grow up.

I agree with “beardedwonder”. They do need to grow up. This is absolute GREED! But that’s ok they are just going to put themselves right out of business! Maybe if they would open their eyes and ears and shut their mouths they would know what the CONSUMER wants! Take the TV industry for instance people made themselves heard about wanting TV shows on DVD etc. and look what happened…those companies listened and said “Hey this could be a big money maker” and that’s what it has become! Grow up RIAA!

isnt it legal to record off the radio how is this differnt satelite radio is still considered radio isnt it or is it classified differntly

Whats strange is this they record up to 50 hours but later they get tired of the music and have to delete it to make way for new stuff and its no different then the tape recorder. RECORD The cd to tapedeck. I did it.

ive had xm for 3 months now ive found a program to record xm online to my hdd i love it but how long till sirrus falls if xm goes ??? in the words of my private dc hub F@#k the RIAA AND MPAA
