Morpheus Submits Final Arguments in Advance of Case

Today Morpheus (StreamCast) , Grokster and the EFF submitted final writen arguments in the RIAA Case against Fasttrack. They argued that if “Morpheus Is Illegal, So Is The Rest Of The Net”. A summary judgement notion will be issued on March 4th. Read the full story here.
