100 million thats bullshit!!!!!! most if thease casses get dismissed or riaa doesn’t pursue them by the riaa’s own press release say s only about three 3000 or so have actually been settled since it all strted in 2003. If riaa was making this kinda money why did they have to go to a new firm because of casess the getting money different matter in most cases it cast them more money try and collect than the settlement.

whatever the actual amount is no one seems to know for sure but i think the author backs up his point very well and at least seems to prove they are making money and that is the point of the lawsuits not to do anything they say it will since it’s completely inaffective and unjustified.

i wouldnt say they are making tons of profit because after all they are still paying court costs. also keep in mind that even after a case gets settled that doesnt mean they get the money right away since most people cant just come up with 5G on the spot. At least I know i cant lol
