Death is too easy a punishment for these type of people not to mention long prison sentences.
Prison my ass! These people need to have their testicales removed! If these people get off lightly it only makes it easier for other people that do the same thing and worse for the victims of this crime. Some kind of strong message needs to be sent to discourage this type of behaviour.
supposively Microsoft Canada developed the tracing program for these cases…seems to be working pretty good.
