Rerelease of the Qube Beta

From the Qube staff – “Apologies for the removal of the old beta. It had a few bugs in it. This is the latest beta with no currently known problems. If all goes well, this will become the final version.”.

New Features Include
- a cool new audio player
- multi-sourced downloading *swarming* and searching
- totally de-centralized network
- instant messaging with smilies
- easy to use file management
- improved search results
