$1 Films Spook Hollywood

Both CNET and MP3 Newswire are running stories on a Taiwan Movie site called Movie88 that allows users to stream fairly recent releases for a buck because of the way copyright works in that country. How long will this last before somebody shuts it down? Thoughts?
