Dutch Court Releases Verdict on Kazaa

A Dutch court today released its verdict in the appeal case IFPI V Kazaa. Kazaa has lost the case. The court has order it to stop the worldwide distribution of its popular software . It also seems to have ruled for the removal of its website. However, it does seem like expected that the it will be difficult, if not impossible to stop Kazaa now that it is based in Australia.
