Kazaa News Update

Kazaa which recently split from former owners Fasttrack to the Shartman Networks in Australia is apparently now been invistaged by Australian Authorities. According to this report the Australian Performing Right Association Limited (APRA) is invistigating the network. The organization wants to make sure that the new entity is not infringing on copyrights

Although many reports claim not to know where the Sharman Network is based it seems that they are based in Darling Walk Centre Management offices in Sydney , well thats where their CEO has been spotted according to
another report .

It also seems that most reports believe that the Dutch court case against Kazaa is now redundant by the companies move of country. The Dutch Court was orginally due to rule today.
