NapShare V2.2.3 – Anonymous P2P

NapShare V2.2.3 has been released.

NapShare is a MUTE Network P2P client designed to protect your identity and privacy by using a Virtual IP address plus routing downloads through other nodes. It encrypts connections to other nodes to prevent easy ISP or router sniffing that may be used to block it’s use.

It’s also a fully automated client made to run 24/7 unattended. Searching and automatic downloading happen without any user intervention. You supply a list of keywords and filters for the file types you want and it downloads overnight, automatically, also sharing whatever it gets. The automated ‘brain’ tries to simulate searching and downloading like a human would.

Manual searches can be done also. New sources for your selected files will be found automatically as needed.

Take a nap while it does the work!

Linux and windows installer versions are available.

NapShare is free to use, Open Source and GPL.

Note: It’s important to upgrade to version 2.2 and up, there have been several known attacks publicly posted. The new version fixes all the posted attacks. It also has new pipelining code that should increase download speeds.
