Does your isp have the right to shut down your account?

Does your ISP have the right to shut down your account anytime you want? No.When I was on aol I was kicked offline and my account was deleted from the database. I called them up and ask why this had happend and they said it was becuase I imed someone saying “your brothers password is ******”. Aol caught that and kicked me right off. Along with Netzero only 10 free hours per month-waste of time to use. The best ISP which I would go with would be broadband. But since not many people can afford it or cant get it in their area for them I would stick with Juno Platnum-only 9.95 a month.
