Mute 0.0.5

Mute gives you security by node proxying your uploads and downloads. This gives you denyability.

change log MFC-MUTE  0.0.5:

1.  Added colored bar across bottom of GUI that shows connection status.
2.  Put the elapsed time in the caption bar format DAYS:HOURS:MINUTES:SECONDS
3.  Added some code from Nate that saves out of order downloaded chunks to help speed up D/Ls.
