Aol Files Suit Over Microsofts Internet Browser

Aol sued Microsoft in federal court on Tuesday seeking damages for harm done to AOL’ Netscape Browser, which had taken over computers until Microsoft released its Internet Explorer. The computer industries were encouraged to place Microsofts IE onto their computers they make instead of Netscapes Browser,in which was proven last year. Aol which had bought over Netscape in 1999,is hopinh Microsoft ceases their competiting browser. If the judge ruled in favor of Aol, Microsoft would have to sell a stripped down version of Windows which has both Windows IE and Netscapes IE. This has not been solved yet but in my case I have noticed the decrease in Netscape usage and increase in Windows Internet Explorer
