This is a stunner folks! One week after KaZaA stopped allowing downloads of its popular software, the Amersterdam based company has sold its assets to Sharman Networks Limited, a privately held company out of Australia for an undisclosed amount. I also noticed KaZaA.com has been stripped of mostly all its content and the new terms of use agreement identifies Sharman Networks as the owner of the content. Shall we say goodbye to KaZaA? Whats your thoughts?
