This version will fix stuck transfer problem by balancing download capacity against upload capacity so that messeges are not droped.
It works well.
Remeber to set your correct IP in the settings Panel
If you are firewalled, open default ports 4567 and 4568
Wait for peers to connect
Search in the QUERY panel
Share files. Button in connection panel
Use Http tunnel to post file hashes anonymously
