Apple Computer Inc. is suing three developers for distributing Mac OS X v10.4 “Tiger,” the upcoming version of its operating system the company plans to release sometime in the first half of 2005. The men allegedly released development versions of Tiger on a file-sharing Web site, according to Reuters.
Tiger debuted at Apple’s Worldwide Developer Conference (WWDC) in June, 2004. The forthcoming version of Apple’s operating system contains more than 150 new features
