BACKUP YOUR EXISTING SOULSEEK FILES! Best way is to make a Copy of C:Program FilesSoulSeek to a new folder! This is beta code! It can trash your SoulSeek installation and configuration files, be careful.

If your installation is succesful the “About” box in the client should say “SoulSeek 155 RC2.1″

Changes:

RC1:
* UPnP Manager : automatic port forwarding if your router is UPnP-compatible. If you have problem with this option you can disable it in the General Option.

* Give Privileges : If you have privileges you can donate some of them to another user.

* New Privilege handling : Faster start, you don’t need to receive the full list of privileged users anymore, this client query the server for a particular user when needed.

* Upload speed rating : This client fix the spoofing issue and negative speed.

RC1.1:
* Fix for upload stucks in “Awaiting User” state

RC1.2 & RC1.3:
* Possible fix for one type of crash after a couple hours running

RC1.4:
* Fix for slow windows refresh and slow uploads

RC2:
* More bug fixes and full installer

RC2.1:
* Fix problem with cfg files load and save if you have a non-default install

RC2.1.1:
* Fix installation issue on some system if you had 154 installed before

RC2.1.2:
* Minor fix for Windows 95/98/ME. No need to redownload if you are using Windows NT/2000 or XP.

RC2.1.3:
* Freeze bug found and fixed for Windows 95/98/ME. Another possible UPnP bug fixed.

* Others various bug fixes (as usual)
