A description of the Ultramagnetic project: Ultramagnetic adds encryption technology to AOL Instant Messenger and all the other Messengers like GAIM. So in fact, you can even use encryption with Yahoo!, MSN, and Jabber too. A computer geek’s description of the Ultramagnetic project: Ultramagnetic is a concurrent fork of Gaim that adds strong end-to-end encryption using GnuPG’s libgcrypt and anonymous routing using Hacktivismo’s Six/Four protocol.
