I was looking at all of the programs here on Zeropaid when I stumbled upon Napster. This was the first program that I and many other used to get songs for thre very first time. The reason it caught my attention was that it wasn’t in last place. In fact it had a decent rating. Some of the users here reminded me of what file-sharing is all about. Not burning CDs, stealing music or attacking the RIAA & MPAA for such high prices of CDs and movies. But rather, promoting, sharing, discussing, sampling and listening to music so you can make sure that the cd you buy is worth you money. Will people ever return to Napster? What would Napster have to guarantee to get a large user base again? Multi-Source downloads, CD quality .mp3s (or .nap), stable servers, content, songs before they are released on cd, artists, ability to access gnet, OpenNap or ther competition, lower price, support other file formats, any ideas? Check out the new look and improvements of Napster at Napster.com.
