Release focus: Major bugfixes

Changes:
A memory leak in the transfer view was fixed, some compilation errors were resolved (a test for lrint was added to the configure script), and upload/download speeds were improved for fast networks. Several other small additions were also added, including new languages, and support for the “/me” in main chat. Several other minor issues were also resolved.
