BitTorrent Plugin for Overnet

You can now change the following settings in the BT Plugin:

Maximum download
Maximum upload
Maximum connections per torrent
Maximum nr of uploads
TCP port settings (requires restart)
In other words: you can now really put the pedal on the metal!!

A Gnutella 2 plugin will follow.

To install it you will have to do the following:

Unzip the zip file

Copy the BTPlugin.dll file to the Plugins directory of eDonkey (usually C:Program FileseDonkey2000Plugins)
Copy the boost_thread-vc6-mt-1_31.dll file to the main directory of eDonkey (usually C:Program FileseDonkey2000)
Open TCP ports 6881 through 6889 in your router/firewall
Restart eDonkey

To start a download you will (in this version) have to do the following:

First get a .torrent file from somewhere and put it in a (preferably non-shared) directory
Right click somewhere in your Transfer-screen. Then click on Plugins->BT Plugin. This should open the main BT Plugin window.

Click on the button ‘Open .torrent’ and choose your .torrent file. This should start the file for downloading.

You can pause, resume and stop (which doesn’t remove any files btw) the download with the corresponding buttons. The reannounce-button is for manual reannouncing (usually not required).

The config-button will bring you to the config window. I think it speaks for itself what to do there.
