Hot on the heels of so many other problems with P2P programs it would appear that old Audiogalaxy is modifiying their end_user_agreement. Aside from some a few changes to how people can muck up their so called music forums and some thinly veiled warnings to email spammers, their is a good deal about copyright protection. Apprantly, once you sort through the legaleze, you find that Audiogalxay now reserves the right to terminate your acount if you are found to have copyrighted material. This sure sounds familiar. We all know what happened when Napster banned people. Will such things happen with the once great Audiogalxay or will most just give up and move on? With Audiogalxay being incredibly popular among non-computer types, this may be a mortal blow for truly mainstream file sharing.
