Artists organize efforts against Record Labels

Artists such as The Offspring, Elton John, No Doubt, Ozzy Osbourne and The Eagles are coming together to form a fund-raising coalition to fight the big record labels. Many artists feel that the industry is taking too much money and control from the artists producing the music that makes the industry exist to begin with. But, of course, the labels deny it. Perhaps this effort will open the eyes of other artists and start to make many question why it is that they have so little control over a lot of their artistic impressions.
