lphant v0.03 released

v0.03 is available, beside some bugs fixes and some new features this version adds 2 new protocol extensions for servers communication. See changelog for details.

Juanjo: added servers protocol extension to publish and detect complete files, when a server reports that a searched file is shared complete a “check” is shown with the file avaibility [thanks to lugdunum]
Juanjo: added new server protocol extension. lphant now can connect on servers alternative ports. Servers with the alternative port must be introduced with a link or in the servers window, if the server already is present but in another port you must delete it first. [thanks to lugdunum]
