Police close eMule sites in Italy

On February 5, one of the most important italian eMule site (http://www.enkeywebsite.net/) reporting links to files being shared over the eMule network has been closed by the police. Other italian sites immediately (and voluntarily) closed “for maintenance”. Rumours have it that someone from the italian television, seeing his own productions shared over the eMule network, asked for such sites to be closed. No clues are available, at the moment, as far as further investigations are concerned.
