Back to Basics

Seeing all kinds of threads with bad links the last few days, it has been a concern of ours that people are too quick, to click on a link, that promises to block the RIAA or some other scam.

All too often these are nothing but links to trojans. So please be aware of this. Remember to allways think before you click.

Also people, dont be fooled by gimmicks like Kazaa Gold, as it is just another scam to try and charge you for a free product.

Next is to always keep your operating system updated, with all the patches, so you reduce the chances of being hacked.

Also use anti spyware programs such as Ad-aware, and Spybot.
Always use a firewall, and an antivirus, and keep them updated.

All of these programs are free.
