* Set default kademlia udp port to 8412
* Fixed
reversed ip writed to notes.dat bug
* Fixed crash of stopping kademlia
*
Original dc++’s lock is sent if set ‘Secure user identification’ off but will
treat every peer with 48 bytes pk as verified user without checking key.
*
Added kademlia file hash publish, keyword publish is not supported yet
*
Added KadUser for upload
