WASTE 1.3c

From the forums of Sourceforge WASTE 1.1 comes WASTE 1.3c

After the apparent loss of interest in continued development of the Wasted .12b project and WASTE 1.1 sourceforge project another developer has come along to fill their place.

“We have our own MSI style installer you can use, that has an updated version that disabled sound and chat logging.. also lets your specify your transfer log. We’ve rolled in TROED’s changes that allow you to use a hostname for your Force IP option as well as ‘perform’ option, to automatically execute /join commands on startup. We post a nightly WASTE.exe you can copy over your old one with, that is in beta. There is a Viewable CVS server at that website for the changes we’ve made, as well as a Bugzilla instance for submitting bugs you find. There is a very active development team handling this, so feel free to download and use.. submit bug and enhancement requests. ”

They have added some needed changes, like the removal of annoying chat sounds, DNS support, no more plain text out side the encryption logging, the ability to automatically join chat rooms, and more!
