You can now check to see if you are on the RIAA’s hit list of subpoenas on the EFF website.
Unfortunately, the site doesn’t let you access the entire list – you have to type in your user name and check for a match, but it’s a start.
The EFF also specifies that the PACER system is currently three weeks behind in updating the RIAA subpoena list (due to the massive volume). To date, only subpoenas issued up until July 8th are included. Expect updates.
