DICE is hybrid server to host IRC clients and opennap
clients, and has capability of web server, on Windows 2000/Windows XP/Windows Server 2003.

join some channel and try it from the both sides then you will get what one identical channel looks like from different interfaces, IRC, opennap, and web.
(This particular server gives opennap search/browse only for those sharing 5GB and joining in channels)
